After going through this unit you will be able to:

1. know about atmospheric chemistry which includes Composition of air;

2. explain chemical speciation and ions and radicals;

3. understand photochemical reactions in the atmosphere;

4. describe the phenomenon of photochemical smog, acid rain;

5. and global warming.
