Online Granthalaya is a digital educational platform. We do not currently sell or ship physical books, notes, parcels, or other goods.
Digital delivery
Study resources are delivered through web pages, account access, or download links. Free resources are available through their published pages. If a paid digital resource is introduced, its access method and expected delivery timing will be displayed before payment.
Access problems
Delivery can be delayed by maintenance, connectivity, payment confirmation, or third-party service outages. If you have completed a payment but cannot access the stated resource, contact granthalayaonline@gmail.com with the relevant account and transaction details.
No delivery address required
We will not ask for a postal delivery address unless Online Granthalaya clearly announces a separate physical product in the future. Any such product would have its own shipping charges, delivery regions, and estimated timelines before purchase.
