These Terms and Conditions govern access to Online Granthalaya. By using the platform, creating an account, downloading resources, or submitting content, you agree to these terms.

Educational purpose

Online Granthalaya provides study material to support learning and examination preparation. It is not an official university portal, coaching guarantee, or substitute for prescribed textbooks, faculty guidance, official syllabi, or university notices.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and use only your own account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. We may suspend or close accounts involved in abuse, impersonation, security threats, or repeated violations.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, scrape or redistribute the platform at scale, upload malicious code, misrepresent academic work, harass others, or use content in a way that violates law or third-party rights.

Content and intellectual property

The platform design, branding, software, and editorial material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Resources may be used for personal, non-commercial study unless a resource states otherwise. Republishing, selling, or removing attribution from substantial platform content requires written permission.

Contributor submissions

You must submit only material that you created, have permission to use, or may lawfully share. You retain ownership of your original work. By submitting content for publication, you grant Online Granthalaya a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to review, format, edit, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, and promote that content for operating and improving the educational platform. Unless separately agreed in writing, an application or submission does not create employment, partnership, or a right to payment.

We may reject, edit, unpublish, or remove submissions for quality, accuracy, duplication, copyright, academic-integrity, safety, or policy reasons.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep material useful and accurate, but content may contain errors, become outdated, or not match every university regulation. Features and resources may change, be interrupted, or be removed without notice.

Third-party services

Links, advertisements, embedded viewers, and external resources are provided for convenience. Online Granthalaya does not control or endorse every third-party service and is not responsible for its content, availability, or privacy practices.

Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Online Granthalaya is not liable for examination outcomes, academic decisions, data loss, indirect losses, or reliance on platform content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
