Refund and Cancellation Policy

Most publicly available Online Granthalaya study material is currently provided without charge. This policy applies if a clearly identified paid digital service or resource is offered.
Digital purchases
Before payment, the price, access period, included content, and any special cancellation conditions will be shown. Because digital content can be accessed immediately, completed purchases are generally non-refundable after the resource has been downloaded, viewed, or otherwise delivered, except where required by law.
When a refund may be considered
- A duplicate payment was charged for the same purchase.
- Payment succeeded but access was not provided and support could not resolve the issue.
- The purchased item was materially different from its stated description.
- Applicable consumer law requires a refund.
Non-refundable situations
Refunds are normally not available for change of mind after access, failure to check compatibility or course relevance, examination outcomes, or misuse of an account.
Request process
Contact granthalayaonline@gmail.com with the account email, transaction reference, purchase date, and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider.

Submitting a contributor application is free and does not involve a refundable fee or guarantee paid work.
